All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation. During seasonal launches or promotional periods (such as New Year fitness collections), processing may extend to 10 business days. You'll receive email notifications at each stage - from order confirmation to dispatch - so you can plan your training schedule accordingly.
Domestic shipments within the U.S. typically take 10–15 business days via standard shipping. International orders to Canada/Europe require 15–25 business days, accounting for customs clearance of technical fabrics. These extended timelines ensure proper handling of our moisture-wicking fabrics and compression materials.
We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, Japan, and select EU countries. Some remote locations may have additional delivery restrictions for technical apparel.

Technical apparel shipments may incur import duties based on fabric composition (HS Code 6114.30). EU customers should note our moisture-wicking fabrics are classified as "performance textiles" for customs purposes. Unclaimed packages will be subject to a US$15 restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
For proper delivery of compression garments, we require complete street addresses (no PO Boxes). Military addresses require 3 additional processing days for customs documentation of performance fabrics.
You'll receive a tracking link with carrier-specific handling instructions for technical fabrics. For fabric care questions during transit, contact [email protected]. Tracking updates include humidity alerts for moisture-sensitive shipments.
Given the technical nature of our apparel, we offer a 21 day return period from delivery date. This allows proper testing of moisture-wicking and compression properties during actual workouts. All returns must include original performance tags and packaging.
