We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal payments. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted gateways for maximum security. Your payment must clear before we begin processing your order. For international orders, please note that additional bank fees may apply depending on your financial institution's policies. We reserve the right to temporarily hold orders for payment verification on first-time purchases or unusually large orders.
After placing your order, you'll receive an automated confirmation email within 15 minutes. Our team manually reviews each order within 24-48 business hours to verify sizing availability and shipping details. During peak seasons or promotional periods, this verification process may extend to 72 business hours. If we identify any discrepancies in your order (such as inventory shortages or address irregularities), our customer service team will contact you at [email protected] before proceeding with shipment.
While our website reflects real-time inventory, we occasionally encounter system discrepancies. If your selected size/color becomes unavailable after ordering, we'll either: (1) offer a comparable alternative at the same price point, (2) issue a store credit for future purchases, or (3) process a full refund at your discretion. For limited-edition collections, we cannot guarantee restocks or substitutions. All price adjustments must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and will only apply if the item hasn't entered the shipping process.
All prices are displayed in USD and exclude import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These additional charges vary by destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot estimate these fees in advance nor reimburse any customs-related expenses. For EU customers: VAT is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination's current rates. Commercial invoices will accompany all international shipments with accurate product valuations as required by law.
Standard orders require 5-7 business days for processing before shipment. During product launches or holiday periods (November-January), processing may extend to 10 business days. Domestic shipments via USPS/FedEx typically arrive within 10-15 business days after dispatch. International shipments require 10-25 business days for delivery, depending on customs clearance. You'll receive tracking information once your order leaves our facility, but please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to activate in carrier systems. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached may be returned within 21 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Final sale items (marked as such on product pages) cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number within the return window. Allow 10-14 business days for us to process your return after receiving it. Refunds to original payment methods take 3-5 additional business days to appear. Exchanges are subject to current inventory availability and may require price adjustments if the new item costs more than the original purchase.
